My name is Sophia, and I’m an artist and licensed architect.
It took 7 years of schooling, 6 exams and 3,000+ hours of experience to call myself an architect. It took 26 years for me to call myself an artist.
I am a child of the southeast USA – born in SC, grew up in FL and found myself in GA, I’m drawn to the heat. A graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design, I am constantly pursuing new ways to challenge myself. My work has focused on the in-between; artwork focused on a moment, obsessed with the human condition. Architecture and design that reflects its place and its user. Every project I take on is driven by the belief that everyone deserves beauty and it is found in the most unassuming places.
